Terms of Use

These Terms govern the Bobhaul website and the Bobhaul mobile applications. Please read them carefully—by using the Services you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to Bobhaul’s websites, applications and services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Purpose of the Services

Bobhaul provides technology intended to help drivers, facilities, carriers and other authorized supply-chain participants coordinate operational interactions. The Bobhaul mobile app is provided to truck drivers free of charge; commercial agreements apply to facilities, carriers, shippers, logistics providers and other organizational customers. The Services are offered by Bobhaul, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, and are currently available in the United States. Bobhaul is not a carrier, broker, employer, shipper, warehouse operator, law-enforcement agency, investigator, judge or insurer, and does not take responsibility for the independent acts, agreements or legal obligations of users.

3. Accounts and authorized use

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You may provide information or documents only when you have the right and authority to do so. You remain responsible for activity under your account.

4. Operational information

Arrival times, estimated times, facility instructions, queue positions, document status and other operational information may depend on user input, device signals and third-party systems. Users must exercise professional judgment and comply with facility rules, transportation laws, safety requirements and contractual obligations. The Services do not replace safety procedures or legally required records.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Services; interfere with their operation; access data without authorization; upload malicious code; impersonate another person; harass, threaten or discriminate; submit false or misleading operational records; scrape or resell protected data; reverse engineer the Services except where law permits; or use the Services to violate law or another person’s rights.

6. User content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant Bobhaul a limited license to host, process, transmit and display that content as needed to operate, secure and improve the Services and fulfill authorized logistics interactions. You represent that your submission and Bobhaul’s authorized processing will not violate third-party rights.

7. Bobhaul intellectual property

The Services, software, designs, trademarks, documentation and original content are owned by Bobhaul or its licensors and protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Services under these Terms.

8. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, unlawful activity, material breach, harm to users or the network, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Users may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion through Support, subject to lawful retention obligations.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Bobhaul disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free information, particular operational outcomes or the conduct of any user.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bobhaul and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from the Services. Any aggregate liability will be limited as stated in the applicable commercial agreement or, if none applies, to the amount paid for the Services during the preceding twelve months.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
